    Can I use 1 banana to replace the 2eggs????

      You would have to experiment with that because I’m not sure. The real issue
      is the consistency and making sure the ingredients stick together, of which
      egg does that. Perhaps you could use some oive oil, coconut oil, more
      banana or maple syrup. Something that can help stick it all together 🙂 You
      would have to try it out though, let me know how you go! x

      +mesmerize0211 There are several components to weight loss – exercise,
      diet, motivation etc.
      But I think the key one is in creating the meals you eat appealling so you
      aren’t attracted to keep having additional food as well. One plan I found
      which succeeds with this is the Paleo Secret Blueprint (google it if you’re
      interested) definately the most helpful paleo ideas that I’ve seen. Check
      out the pics and great recipes.
