    I have watched so many of your videos and I am a fan..I have tried the
    green smoothies with fruit , kale, Chia seeds , plant based protein
    powder..I wonder why I didnt see weight loss I actually gained a few…its
    odd because its all good nothing in it thats bad ..I am thinking maybe I
    got hungry later and ate something but I was doing smoothies for fast and
    lunch and sensible dinner…even making some vegan dips for celery etc do .
    u have any suggestions?

    Love rebounding but is it possible to overdo it? I’ve been rebounding 25
    minutes every day for five day in a row and today I was so exhausted at the
    office I had no energy to do anything! Also can you feel sick as it is
    clearing out the lymphatic system? ?

      I’d recommend eating more fruits and veggies

      cut down to 10 mins a day. thats a good enough amount of time. youre
      probably burning more calories than youre intaking also if youve got any
      health conditions u want to take it easy. 25 mins is very advance.

    The rebounder is used by NASA to help the astronauts get their bone density
    back when they return from space. In Asia the rebounders are provided in
    the government offices so employees can get excersie daily and not have to
    travel to a gym and still get a full workout to every cell.?
